Course Outline
The IATF 16949:2016 is the standard of choice for suppliers to the automotive sector. and covers the current version of ISO 9001 standards, while adding additional specific automotive requirements.
Objective
The objective of this course is to provide a hands on working knowledge of IATF 16949 standards for managers, supervisors and other personnel involved with the implementation of the system. All IATF 16949 requirements will be covered.

- IATF 16949 detailed review with examples / applications and quizzes.
- Review of the Process Approach for quality management system.
- Core tools review: PPAP; APQP; FMEA; SPC; MSA.
