Course Outline
The IATF 16949:2016 quality management system requirements are recognized worldwide as a methodology for defining, establishing and maintaining an automotive quality management system, improving quality and reducing waste.
Objective
To provide all the essential tools on how to implement a quality management system based on the IATF 16949:2016 standards.
Prerequisite
It is recommended that each participant brings a copy of the standard. Only electronic copies will be made available during the course.
Topics Include:
- Introduction.
- IATF 16949 Requirements -detailed studies
- Overview of the Core Tools overview: PPAP. APQP. FMEA, SPC, MSA.
- Process Approach for auditing: SOPs, MOPs, COPs.
